Innovative Grantmaking Approaches

One-third of Philanos affiliates focus their grantmaking exclusively on women and girls. Many more fund efforts that boost girls' leadership or women's economic well-being. In this webinar, you'll hear from three affiliates who've taken different approaches to funding issues affecting women and girls -- including one that pairs community research with their grantmaking, one that invites girls in grades 9-12 to engage in collective giving, and one that includes direct cash assistance. If you're curious about any of these, join us to hear from your colleagues in Colorado, North Carolina, and Texas about their experiences. We'll also be highlighting the winner of this year's Willoughby Award, who will be announced on International Women's Day. Bring your colleagues and your questions!
