Together, Virginia and Laura have 50 years of collective giving experience.
Leading a collective giving organization can be rewarding, challenging, and at times isolating work. Philanos’ A Table for Chairs (ATFC) creates a trusted peer cohort where Affiliate board chairs and presidents can connect, learn, and support one another through honest conversation and shared leadership experiences.
Co-led by former Philanos Board Chairs Laura Midgley and Virginia Mills, ATFC brings together up to 15 leaders from across the Philanos network for monthly facilitated discussions focused on governance, membership, communications, leadership development, and the real-world challenges facing collective giving organizations today.
Unlike drop-in webinars or affinity groups, ATFC is intentionally cohort-based, creating space for meaningful relationships, confidential discussion, and ongoing peer mentorship.
