ADDITIONAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration will be limited to ensure that we have meaningful opportunities for connection, discussion and networking. 

Please register for PowerUP! Texas before you book your hotel room.

Hotel accommodations are not included in the conference registration fee. A block of rooms at the Hilton Austin have been reserved for conference attendees, who are responsible for making their own room reservations. Booking details will be included in the conference registration confirmation email. 

Registration Payment Options:

Please submit your registration via our website:

• Pay by credit card on our website, which includes a 3% online processing fee
• Save the processing fee, click invoice me and:
• • Pay the invoice total less the listed processing fee by Zelle to Treasurer@Philanos.org 
  • Pay the invoice total less the listed processing fee by check to Philanos, mailed to 4725 Dorsey Hall Drive, Suite A315, Ellicott City, MD 21042
• A confirmation email will be sent in acknowledgement of your registration payment
• Our EIN is 46-3953482

Transfers:

• A registration may be transferred to another member of your organization without fee up until close of registration on January 16, 2026. 
• Philanos Affiliate member registrations can be transferred to a member of the same Philanos Affiliate member or the member of another Philanos Affiliate member. 
• Send your request to admin@philanos.org and include the name and email address of the original registrant and the full name, name of Philanos Affiliate or non-member organization, and email address of the person to whom registration should be transferred.

Cancellation Policy:

• The Philanos conference registration cancellation policy allows a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee for all cancellation requests received by admin@philanos.org on or before November 15, 2025. 
• Conference registration payments will be forfeited for any cancellation request made after November 15, 2025. 
• All conference registration cancellation requests must be sent to admin@philanos.org.  

Note: For the hotel cancellation policy, please refer to your hotel confirmation or hotel website. Philanos and our conference co-hosts are not responsible for notifying the hotel of changes or cancellation of your reservation.

Health and Safety:

• Philanos is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all participants. 
• We will be monitoring recommended COVID and other guidelines and will communicate updates as the date nears.
