The PowerUP! Texas 2026 National Conference will be held at the Austin Hilton, 500 East 4Th St Austin, TX.

Hotel Information

A block of rooms at the Austin Hilton has been reserved for conference attendees:

  • Single/Double: $279 per night plus tax, $350/per night
  • Room rate is available until January 10, 2026
  • Hotel accommodations are not included in the conference registration fee. 
  • Attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations

  • Booking details will be included in your registration confirmation email

The hotel deadline for reserving rooms at this rate is January 10, 2026 OR until we fill our contractual block of rooms at our discounted rate.

Interested in sharing a room?

The hotel offers rooms with two beds. When making reservations, select the appropriate room type and complete the section for additional names on the reservation. You can also call the hotel to add or wait and let the front desk know when you check-in.  

Transportation

Transportation from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport to and from the Hilton is available with SuperShuttle “Shared Ride” or ExecuCar “Private Sedan/SUV”.  Check the Hotel's website here, for possible discount codes and online reservation links.
