Women's Foundation of Oregon (WFO)   

WFO’s vision is an Oregon where every woman and girl can thrive. Their mission is to focus the power of women’s collective resources to improve the lives of women and girls throughout Oregon. 

Black Resilience Fund is an emergency fund dedicated to healing and resilience by providing immediate resources to Black Portlanders.
