Hear from two Philanos Affiliates with very different and successful leadership models. Panelists, Beverly Ward, Co-Chair (one of four) of Greenville Women Giving and Tammy Wilhoite, Coordinating Council Co-chair of ninety-nine girlfriends will share two different leadership models that work for their respective giving circles. Learn how they plan for leadership development, building a pipeline of future leaders and succession planning along with their DEI considerations. You will appreciate their candor as they share lessons learned!
