As the first DEI Director at Arabella Advisors, Walker will be responsible for co-creating and managing the firm’s DEI strategy, coordinating efforts across teams to reach its DEI goals, and strengthening the capacity of Arabella employees and teams to engage in equity-related work. She has previously served the firm as leader of its learning and development work and is currently completing a Ph.D. program at Antioch University focused on leadership and change. Her current Ph.D. research focuses on power dynamics and cross-sector partnerships, which she has previously discussed publicly. Read more.
Angela White, Senior Consultant and CEO, Johnson Grossnickle and Associates
As CEO of JGA, White is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership to the firm while continuing to provide tailored consulting services directly to their clients. She has expertise in philanthropic consulting in healthcare, education, social services, arts, and faith-based organizations, and considerable depth in strategic planning and data analysis. She is a member of the faculty at The Fundraising School at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and presents on behalf of the Women’s Philanthropy Institute. Read more.
