More Than Grants:
How Women's Collective Giving Builds Movements
Friday October 9, 2026 12 PM ET

What does it mean to think about collective giving as more than grantmaking?

Women’s collective giving organizations do more than pool resources. They build the relationships, leadership, trust, and philanthropic infrastructure that make lasting change possible.

Presented in partnership with Borealis Philanthropy, this conversation will introduce movement building in accessible terms and explore how collective giving contributes to a broader ecosystem of change. Participants will consider the difference between funding individual organizations and investing in the conditions that allow communities and movements to thrive—and hear from leaders putting these ideas into practice.

Join us to expand your understanding of community-rooted philanthropy and the role collective giving organizations can play in sustaining change over time.

Note: This webinar is open to all individuals interested in collective giving.

Webinar Date/Time: Friday, October 9 - 12 PM ET

More Than Money: Measuring 25 Years of Collective Giving Impact
Friday, November 13, 2026 12 PM ET

As nonprofits and funders increasingly seek measurable outcomes alongside compelling stories, how can giving circles demonstrate the lasting impact of their grantmaking?

Join Jenny Berg, 2026 President-Elect of Impact 100 Cincinnati and former Philanos Board Chair, and Dr. Michael Jones, Associate Professor, Educator of Economics, University of Cincinnati, as they share the findings from an innovative study examining 25 years of Impact 100 Cincinnati's grantmaking. By combining the giving circle's grant history with modeled nonprofit performance data from a large nonprofit database, the research estimates the long-term impact of its investments.

Beyond the findings, this webinar will explore how giving circles and nonprofits are measuring, communicating, and demonstrating impact today.
